This caregivers’ collective is built on the premise that those who provide care for others also deserve to be cared for.

The 7th day is curated especially for caregivers and those who support caregivers. This gathering is a safe space to dialogue about the triumphs and challenges of being a caregiver.

Most importantly, we figure out ways to plan our joy in spite of life happening all around us.

Womanish Exchange

The little girl who did A LOT (voluntarily and sometimes involuntarily) who became the grown woman who refuses to abandon any part of herself.

A village for women who are willing to lean into vulnerability as they build intentional community with other women. This space focuses on intergenerational exchanges between black women that allows us to say the hard part out loud, support the work of other black women, and remind each other that rest is not a reward but it is resistance.
